​I help CEOs, boards, and executive teams modernize technology without disrupting operations or overinvesting in the wrong systems. I work as a fractional CTO / CDO and senior digital transformation advisor, guiding organizations from strategy to execution during periods of growth, transition, or modernization.

With over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, e-commerce, distribution, and the public sector, I specialize in aligning business strategy, enterprise architecture, and delivery governance. My role is not to sell tools or run day-to-day IT, but to provide clear executive judgment, architectural direction, and prioritization when technology decisions carry real financial and operational risk.

My work typically includes:
